Hello, I need some advice. I started suffering with insomnia about a month ago with night sweats that come and go. The most sleep I can get at night is 2 hours max. It's difficult for me to fall asleep, and after I wake up it's nearly impossible for me to get back to sleep. If I wake up sweating, I'm usually drenched in it. But what's weird is that I only sweat on the side of my body that I'm laying on. My room isn't hot, my bed covers are thin.
